Established in 2017, we are excited to bring a fresh wave of excellence to our expansive gym in North Cornwall.

During 2023, our gym was completely transformed, now featuring distinct zones tailored to your specific training needs and preferences. With a modern and invigorating atmosphere, our gym is buzzing with energy.

Our members enjoy benefits like better health, more energy, new friendships, increased confidence, and balanced workouts.  The gym challenges members with high-end, user-friendly equipment for a complete workout without a trainer's guidance.

We've a comprehensive cardio suite. Beyond our suite of Precor cardio stations, the gym is passionate about Concept2 equipment. We offer ample strength and cardio for athletes and two private shower rooms.

Our distinct advantage lies in catering to the busy lifestyles of our members by being open all weekend and providing a diverse array of free weights, cardio equipment, and workout stations in a well-organized space.

Most importantly, we strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for everybody. The Office Gym Club is committed to providing a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable and supported.

At OGC, we provide resources to address various components of fitness, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.

We've a comprehensive cardio suite. Beyond our suite of Precor cardio stations, the gym is passionate about Concept2 equipment. Our gym offers the latest Air Ski station as well as BikeERGs and RowERGs that seamlessly connect with Zwift and the Concept2 app.
